I have been blogging on and off for a few years now but I wanted to create a new site to document our family meals.
My food philosophy is that good, nutritious food is so important for all of the family, particularly growing children. Busy parents also need to be energised by good fuel and need to model good eating habits for their children.
In our family of five, we have a vegetarian, a cautious carnivore, a child who eats everything and a child who is suspicious of anything new put in front of him. Meals have to be varied and sometimes sneaky!
I also hope to add some weaning recipes in the next few months as my little girl will be trying her first tastes of food!
